You’ll serve as the go-to advisor for diagnostics, planning, and mechanical issue resolution—working closely with site teams and technicians to reduce downtime and improve system reliability.

• Oversee mechanical issues across yard and field operation
• Lead root cause analysis and repair planning
• Review major repairs, advise on cost-saving options
• Support continuous improvement & equipment upgrades
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or 15+ years of hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment repair and maintenance
