Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

To carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in a Construction site.

1. Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
2. Oversee daily operations at the site. Direct and supervise day-to-day activities of sub-contractors, ensuring the application of common operational procedures.
3. Ensure material requisitions are issued in a timely manner to achieve the construction programme.
4. Schedule, control, and monitor all sites and materials on a weekly basis. Ensure all work is completed according to the programme.
5. Ensure workers comply with all safety measures required. Effectively implement the work safety programme.
6. Liaise with the Sub-contractor's Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations, and confirmation of instructions.
7. Responsible for maintaining documentation on project matters. Assist in ferrying workers to respective sites.
8. Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays, and perform any adhoc duties as required.
