Job description

1.Site Management

Oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are progressing according to schedule.

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

2.Team Leadership

Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on project needs and individual skills.

Provide guidance and training to team members to improve efficiency and performance.

Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration among team members and contractors.

3.Quality and Compliance

Ensure all work adheres to construction plans, specifications, and applicable codes.

Monitor the use of tools, materials, and equipment to minimize waste and ensure proper handling.

Address issues or defects immediately to maintain the quality of construction.

4. Safety Oversight

Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Conduct safety briefings and regular audits to mitigate risks on the construction site.

Investigate and report any incidents or near-misses to management.

5.Coordination and Communication

Act as the primary point of contact between workers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to management regularly.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

6. Problem-Solving

Identify and resolve any on-site challenges that may impact project timelines or budgets.

Adapt plans and schedules as necessary to accommodate unforeseen delays or issues.

7. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs and inventory usage.

Submit reports on project progress, worker performance, and any deviations from plans.
