Job summary

TIANMING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction worker to support site supervision and perform hands-on tasks on project sites. You will handle timber and rebar work, operate basic construction machines, and ensure tasks align with drawings and safety standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of industry experience, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to overtime or work on weekends/holidays. Training and site supervision will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in construction industry.
• Able to operate construction machines and equipment.
• Assist the Construction Supervisor and manage site activities.
• Ensure work is per drawings and workmanship standards.
• Safety first with knowledge of construction safety.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or holidays.
• Able to work at project sites and under pressure.
• Knowledge of basic engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Supervisor with site matters.
• Manage site activities, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Attend meetings and prepare work schedules.
• Supervise installation per drawings and standards.
• Ensure safety on site and reduce waste.
• Assign duties as needed.
