Job summary

HANG GANG CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION PTE. LTD. requires a dependable construction worker to support daily site operations in Singapore. You will assist the Construction Supervisor, handle site matters, and perform timber, rebar, and general structural work.

You must be willing to work in the sun, overtime, weekends or holidays, and be prepared for shift changes. You will operate machines, follow safety protocols, and help coordinate vendors and subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Ability to manage site activities and coordinate vendors/sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Supervisor to handle site matters.
• Willing to work under sun and overtime, weekends or holidays; shift switching and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to perform construction worker duties including timber and rebar tasks.
• Operate construction machines; use trench rammer/drill/pneumatic hammer; assist mixing and pouring concrete, sand, grout, etc.
• Attend meetings, coordinate, prepare work schedules and oversee site.
• Ensure installations follow drawings and meet workmanship standards.
• Ensure site safety and reduce material waste and costs.
• Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles.
• Other assigned duties.
