Job summary

SEETHO CONTRACTING SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in alignment with project plans and schedules on our Singapore sites.

The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth project flow, managing on-site documentation, and ensuring safety briefings and compliance with PPE standards. Reading blueprints and solving onsite issues are essential aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Experience coordinating trades and on-site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure work aligns with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to manage trades and ensure smooth project flow.
• Handle onsite documentation, including daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and material inventory.
• Ensure all work sites adhere to safety standards (e.g., PPE usage), conduct safety briefings, and report violations.
• Resolve technical issues and logistical bottlenecks on-site.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, trades, and site operations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience managing schedules, ordering materials, and tracking project progress.
