Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Sewer/Site Inspector to locate manholes and sewer corridors, photographically document construction activity, and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations.

The role requires Nitec qualification, own vehicle, and construction-related experience, with responsibilities including liaising with project managers, reporting infringements, inspecting chambers, and compiling comprehensive inspection reports with date-stamped photos.

Responsibilities

Locate manholes and public sewers within the land parcel(s) and take coloured photographs at each manhole and along the sewer alignment to show presence/absence of construction activities.
Communicate with Builders' Project Manager/Engineer/Owner/QP onsite to obtain documents related to ongoing/future construction works near sewers.
Check for infringements/non-compliances or unauthorised activities per WRN requirements and Sanitary and Drainage Regulation/Acts; report any unauthorised activity immediately.
Inspect interiors of last inspection chambers and manholes to check sewer flow conditions and signs of illegal discharge; document findings with photos.
Check for makeshift toilets, illegal sewer connections, etc.
