Summary:

• Basic up to: $6800

Responsibilities:

• Monitor construction programme closely to track progress and identify delays or deviations.

• Assess the impact of delay events and support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and client-facing presentations.

• Generate detailed progress reports, including S-curves, trackers, and trend charts.

• Conduct programming health checks to ensure project milestones are met and align with contractual requirements.

• Develop recovery programmes and outline key strategies to mitigate delays and restore timelines.

• Prepare fully integrated baseline schedules with resource and cost loading to support efficient project execution.

• Coordinate, update, and maintain the project’s planning programme to ensure alignment with project targets and deliverables.

• Update construction programmes regularly to reflect the latest project status and generate weekly/monthly reports.

• Provide accurate and timely programme updates for internal teams and client reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with senior management, providing detailed programme data and analysis to substantiate claims and support strategic decision-making.
