Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD invites a Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health and Environmental Control regulations at construction sites in Singapore. You will monitor daily operations and assist the WSH Officer with investigations.

Responsibilities include maintaining daily checklists, conducting weekly toolbox talks, coordinating with site in‑charges to improve site safety and cleanliness, ensuring supervisors and workers follow safe procedures,

Qualifications

Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from approved institutes.
2+ years of relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements.
Follow up with the committee site walk inspection findings for WSH Officer to close up the report and assist WSH Officer on incident/accident investigation.
Maintain daily checklists and carry out weekly toolbox meetings.
Coordinate with relevant site in-charge on improving the worksite safety and cleanliness.
Ensure supervisors and workers follow safe work procedures.
Assist WSHO to organize monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues.
Compile all relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection.
Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM Regulations.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
