The role focuses on improving productivity through mechanization, evaluation of new technologies, and seamless integration with site teams. The candidate will coordinate equipment installation, testing, and maintenance, while monitoring performance and driving efficiency gains across projects.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in construction, automation, robotics, mechanization, or productivity improvement.
• Experience in implementing construction technology solutions is advantageous.
• Experience with automated construction equipment and machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable activities for robotics and automation deployment on project sites.
• Lead the implementation of robotic and automated solutions on sites.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and operation of robotic systems.
• Monitor performance and effectiveness of deployed automation technologies.
• Ensure smooth integration of robotics into site operations.
• Conduct productivity studies and develop improvement programmes.
• Analyze manpower-intensive activities and propose automation options.
• Benchmark best practices and technological advancements in construction.
