Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Risk Manager to oversee site risk matters for construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with Construction Managers and Design Manager to identify hazards and implement safe practices.

Lead the Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment team, prepare safety submissions, and ensure compliance with WSH and DfS requirements. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least eight years in risk management within construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• DfS course certificate for PMEs (Professional, Manager and Executive).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant risk-management experience in the construction industry.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH (DfS) Regulations and guidance.
• Trained in hazard identification and risk-management methodology.
• Good understanding of workplace hazards and construction site activities.
• Experience facilitating risk assessment discussions with project teams.
• RMF certification or training recognised in Singapore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinate with Construction Managers and Design Manager to site construction risk matters.
• Implement site management risk and hazard policy and procedures to carry out works safely.
• Assist in planning major detail construction methods, sequences and risk assessment.
• Prepare and submit safety submissions including CNSS, CRMP, Risks Register and other submissions.
• Lead team of Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment to create risk registers and SHH logs.
• Facilitate and coordinate Design for Safety principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess and evaluate design-related risks and construction hazards with recommendations.
• Review design drawings, specs, and methods to identify safety and health risks.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for DfS for inspection and audit by authorities.
