Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the tender preparation and submission
• Carry out quantities taking-off quantities for tendering and sourcing of quotations
• Collate price comparison and costing summary
• Prepare costing of projects, prepare contracts and to ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, burget & cost control and settlement of final account with client, suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Be meticulous, cost conscious, independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
• Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
