Construction Project Supervisor | 建筑工头

Salary: $3,000 – $3,700 (commensurate with experience)

薪资：$3000 - $3700（视经验而定）

Working Hours: 5.5 days/week

职位描述：

• Coordinate and manage site workers and project progress.协调并管理工地工作人员及项目进展
• Plan, schedule, and monitor site works to ensure timely completion.安排、计划并监督现场工作，确保如期完成
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants during site meetings.参与并代表公司出席客户、承包商及顾问的现场会议
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or technical issues on-site.协助识别及解决现场的机械或技术问题；
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.确保所有工作符合安全与合规标准。

Requirements 职位要求：

• Proven experience in site/project management.具备现场或项目管理相关经验
• Technical and mechanical repair experience is an advantage.具备技术或维修经验者优先考虑
• Must possess a valid C3 license.必须持有有效C3执照；
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.具备良好的沟通、协调和解决问题能力；
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.能独立工作并有效带领团队。
