ZHENGDA CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site teams and ensure project delivery within approved schedules and budgets.

You will coordinate with sub-contractors, architects, and consultants to meet contractual obligations and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management of project resources, with a focus on quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering.
• 5–8 years relevant experience.
• Self-motivated professional with strong initiative.
• Computer skills: MS Project, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Safety certificate for project manager and Certificate of Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement overall site organization and resources.
• Map out Master Programme for projects.
• Set project targets aligned to company goals.
• Oversee project team and sub-contractors to meet contract dates.
• Ensure quality delivery meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Approve short-term/phased work schedules submitted by subordinates.
• Liaise with architects/consultants during site progression.
• Submit monthly reports; submit variation orders and EOT claims.
• Resolve all site issues.
