Job summary

JEB Group in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers to keep progress on track and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in project management.
• Strong planning and scheduling abilities.
• Financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Organised and able to multitask across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Managing project budgets, expenditure forecasting and cost control measures to ensure projects remain financially viable.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitoring project progress against agreed timelines and key milestones, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes and contractual obligations throughout all project phases.
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications and progress reports.
• Managing contracts and negotiations to secure favourable terms with contractors and suppliers.
• Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify work meets specifications and standards.
• Identifying and managing project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimise impact on delivery.
• Reporting project status to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
