Due to expansion , we are actively looking for Project Manager!

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Halex Construction Pte Ltd. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for developing and planning of project plans, schedules and budget.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of projects in accordance to the drawings and schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities to achieve daily work schedules and to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, team members and government authorities on project related issues.
• Attend site meetings.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify deviations or problems.
• Ensures project is completed within the specific time and budget and meet all clients' and quality, environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Monitor site expenses, including labor, materials and equipment.

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years' site management experience in Construction, reclamation, or marine engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Auto CAD.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and resourceful.
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with good interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter and achiever with the ability to solve problems and meet project datelines and customer requirements.
• Note that most projects are typically located in the Tuas area.
