CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project and provide timely updates.

• Ensure compliance with all governmental and building regulations.

• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.

• Develop construction project schedule.

• Responsible for all inspection activities are carried out.

• Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site.

• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

• Identify QEOHS training needs of subordinates.

• Conduct safety and environmental risk assessment of projects handled.

• Supervise and lead project team in ensuring smooth execution of work.

• Co-ordinate and liaise closely with subcontractor, supplier, architect, client and relevant party.

• Implement and control project budgetary plans and manage contractual matters fully.

• Reporting to the Director.

• Ad hoc assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in residential project in Singapore.

• Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• Good capabilities in project management and cost control.
