Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and schedules.
• Estimate resources and budgets for project completion.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the project budget.
• Monitor financial performance and control costs.
• Approve expenditures and ensure cost efficiency.
• Resource Management: coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors.
• Procure materials, labor and services, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Ensure availability and proper allocation of resources.
• Risk Management: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Address delays or issues during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: lead construction teams and keep tasks scheduled.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients and involved parties.
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates.
• Quality Control: oversee work quality throughout the project.
• Conduct inspections to ensure design specifications are met.
• Use appropriate construction techniques and materials.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain records, contracts, change orders.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Prepare project closure documentation and as-built drawings.
