Job summary

RMK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate with engineers, architects and workers on construction projects on-site. You will select subcontractors, delegate tasks, and be accountable for delays, emergencies, and issues while ensuring safety codes and legal requirements are met.

You will report progress and budget to clients, explain contracts, and prepare budgets and timetables to keep projects on track and within scope.

Qualifications

• Must lead and delegate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
