Job summary

FONG YUE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee A&A works in Singapore. You will coordinate and supervise project activities, oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper workmanship and execution, and plan with subcontractors on project implementation.

The role requires a Diploma in Building or Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering, with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a busy construction environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building / Certicate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project (A&A) works.
• Manage and supervise projects works as well as oversee all workes, sub-contractor and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
• Coordinate the project work to ensure sucessful completion as well as hand over to clients.
