Job summary

ACE Integrated PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a construction project manager to oversee day-to-day project execution within budget and safety requirements.

You will lead the project team, coordinate with QS, sub-contractors, and ensure timely delivery with quality standards. You will review drawings, BOQ, method statements, safety documents, and maintain records, establish execution plans with the Operations Director, manage risk and HSE checks, and submit weekly progress reports while supporting

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee day-to-day project execution and management within budget, meeting contractual and safety requirements.
• Lead the project team (Quantity Surveyor, sub-contractors, etc.) to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality.
• Review documents such as drawings, BOQ, method statements, safety documents, and maintain records.
• Establishes project execution plan in conjunction with the Operations Director.
• Conduct risk management and oversee all HSE checks, reports and incidents.
• Submit weekly progress reports and update site work.
• Installation/ replacement/ repair works of pumps, control panels, plumbing and sanitary works.
• Be proactive, share technical knowledge and experience with team for improvement.
• Assist Management with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.
