Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to ensure compliance with design and construction regulations. Key responsibilities include managing project documents, conducting site inspections, and overseeing project progress. The ideal candidate has a degree in Building or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be willing to work on Jurong Island and outside normal hours.

Job description

Responsibilities

Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices.

To manage and responsible for all documents for the project(s) & other works being assigned from time to time.

Site inspection, Planning and other site activities, etc.

Ensure and responsible for all safety & compliance of work on site.

Monitor & Coordinate Project Progress.

Ensures delivery and receipt of all project documents by deadlines.

Generate various project document control reports as required.

Control of all Materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 05 years experience in relevant field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in Jurong Island
• Ability to work beyond normal working hours (Mon to Sat)
