Construction Project Coordinator, Smart City Kitchens - Singapore

Who we are

At Smart City Kitchens, we're dedicated to creating commercial kitchens designed specifically for the food and beverage industry. Our products span from delivery kitchens, to central kitchens, to coffee shops, storage and logistics. We present a low-risk, minimal upfront investment, and substantial potential for growth, providing a golden opportunity for small to medium-sized F&B operators to initiate and expand their culinary ventures, be it a restaurant or a flourishing food delivery enterprise, while simultaneously collaborating with enterprises to transform their restaurant businesses into more integral parts of everyday life through our innovative cloud kitchens model.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for working collaboratively with all internal and external teams (AOR's, EOR's, Operations, etc.), as well as assisting in the development of all construction-specific drawings, contracts and agreements.
  • Support the preparation of RFP's, contracts, pay applications, change orders, and document control as well as the review of payment applications for contract conformance.
  • Schedule and coordinate procurement and logistics for multiple Owner furnished items
  • Communicate with and oversee third party vendors, local agencies and jurisdictional utility providers
  • Maintaining project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and progress tracking.
  • Providing regular updates and status reports to the project manager.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years relevant on-site Work Experience, 2-4 years Domain Experience.
  • Commercial Real Estate, Retail, and Hospitality Construction Background is preferred
  • Knowledge of local regulations and authorities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
