Job summary

KIMLY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Planning and Technical Support professional to join its construction team in Singapore. The role covers planning, operations support, and coordination with the project team to ensure schedules, budget and quality targets are met.

You will liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal departments to interpret plans, prepare progress reports, and resolve technical issues on site, while maintaining documentation and compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules and changes to project planning
• Coordinate with construction team to prepare working programme
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly progress updates and reports
• Assist in site planning, coordination & inspections to ensure timelines and budget
• Assist in implementing ISO 9001, 14001; OHSAS 18001 requirements and procedures
• Maintain documentation of inspection forms and follow-up inspections
• Support quantity surveyors in site measurement and inspections
• Coordinate with Contracts on drawings, specifications and technical documents
• Advise client on technical matters and changes in technical matters
• Coordinate with RE and RTO on site issues
