Job summary

PARK AND PARTNERS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking sharp Planning Engineers to bridge design, planning and site execution, guiding projects from blueprint to reality.

You will drive schedules, review drawings for constructability, manage RFIs and reports, and coordinate with consultants, clients and internal teams to keep builds moving. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, a PEB qualification, 1–5 years planning experience, and is proficient in MS Office; Primavera

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PEB recognized qualification or equivalent.
• 1–5 years planning experience in building construction.
• Solid grasp of construction methods and engineering principles.
• Strong communication across consultants, clients, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive project timelines forward with planning schedules and sequencing.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Scrutinize drawings to ensure constructability and standards.
• Own documentation: RFIs, method statements, reports.
• Lead coordination meetings and resolve design issues.
• Link design intent with site execution and translate information.
• Identify risks early and help build protective plans.
• Maintain organized drawings, approvals, and correspondence.
