The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing construction sequences, resource planning, and assisting with tender documentation and risk analysis for civil and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop construction sequences and methodologies to support tender exercises.
• Provide value engineering proposals to enhance cost-efficiency and buildability.
• Prepare master programs using Excel and/or MS Project for tender submissions.
• Draft technical write-ups, method statements, and relevant documents for tender submissions.
• Assist management in the preparation of preliminary cost estimations.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify project challenges to formulate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides) for internal management reviews or client presentations.
• Estimate required resources including manpower, equipment, and machinery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant planning experience in civil and/or building construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing.
• Proficient in planning tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
