Job summary

• Surface preparation of walls, ceilings, and concrete using putty, plaster or filler.
• Apply primers, paints, varnishes, and sealants with brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
• Mix colors and thinners to achieve the correct tint and consistency.
• Set up scaffolding, ladders and PPE and ensure site safety.
• Maintain tools, equipment and workspace in clean, organized condition.

• Surface Preparation: Clean, scrape, sand, and patch cracks or holes in walls, ceilings, and concrete using putty, plaster, or filler.
• Coating Application: Apply primers, paints, varnishes, and sealants using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Material Mixing: Mix and match colors and thinners to achieve the correct tint, consistency, and specifications.
• Site Safety: Set up scaffolding, ladders, and protective drop cloths while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintenance: Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized.
