Job summary

Raymond Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Project Coordinator to oversee the CFB team on site in Singapore. You will monitor project finances, report financial position, and assist in budgeting and P&L control.

Reporting to the HOD and Site Manager, you will coordinate costings, progress claims, VO negotiations, and monitor materials against budget. Candidates with 2+ years in construction and a Building/Civil Eng qualification are invited.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant construction experience.
• Strong time management.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be stationed at site office.

Responsibilities

• Reconfirm bills of quantities and prepare/analyse costing for CFB works.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders entitlement for CFB.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor and site team for VO claims.
• Monitor materials ordered/usage against budget.
• Prepare monthly P&L reports for management.
• Understand contract drawings and check discrepancies with tender/ drawings.
• Brief site team on contract requirements and missing scope.
