Job description

A leading engineering and construction company specializing in underground utility infrastructure which offer end-to-end solutions for sewerage, water, gas, and power pipelines—including design, construction, upgrading, and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all stages of road and utility diversion projects, from planning to completion

  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely execution

  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure smooth operations

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements

  • Identify project risks early and implement appropriate mitigation measures

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team

  • Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant local experience managing infrastructure projects of similar scale

  • Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board, or equivalent qualification for RE registration or PPD accreditation

  • Possess own transport would be advantaged

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • In-depth knowledge of local construction standards, methodologies, and regulations

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
