• CSCPM or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of construction operations including cost management, quality control, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
• Monitor project costs, identify savings, manage risks, and optimize resources.
• Develop and implement quality assurance plans and protocols to ensure consistent quality.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct inspections and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement Workplace Safety and Health frameworks for construction projects.
