Job description

What you'll be doing

• Facilitate clear and effective communication with architectural consultants and on-site trades to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of technical or site-related issues.

• Plan, manage, and monitor architectural work schedules, material procurement, cost control, and overall site supervision to align with the project’s master programme.

• Oversee and inspect architectural works performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and system-wide contractors (SWCs), ensuring integration across all disciplines.

• Review architectural drawings in detail, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies, and provide timely updates to the Project Manager or Director.

• Supervise the progress of architectural works on-site, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule and in accordance with approved plans.

• Maintain strict adherence to architectural specifications and regulatory requirements, aiming to achieve high quality standards including CONQUAS performance targets.

• Manage all documentation related to architectural works, including quality assessments, cost tracking, and procurement records, to support efficient project execution.

What we're looking for

• Min. 10 yrs of exp as main-con in Design & Build projects

• Degree in Architect and recognised by Board of Architects
