Responsibilities:

• Develop and review designs for ACMV equipment, systems, and material submissions to ensure compliance with technical specifications and engineering standards.

• Plan and oversee project costing, master schedules, and resource allocation.

• Assess labour and material requirements for construction projects to ensure efficient resource management.

• Manage on-site activities, including installation, manufacturing, coordination, safety measures, and testing and commissioning to meet client requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, consultants, civil contractors, and system-wide contractors, to ensure seamless project execution and testing and commissioning.

• Lead and supervise a team of site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project deadlines and objectives.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects efficiently.

• Define roles and responsibilities for the construction team, ensuring alignment with business goals, and clearly communicate objectives and expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.

• Relevant experience in the construction industry is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
