Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support planning and coordinating construction activities in Singapore.

The role involves monitoring site progress, schedules, costs, and subcontractor performance, while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, submissions, and meetings; conducting site inspections; overseeing QA, testing, and handover; and driving sustainability and cost-efficiency through risk

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Project Director in planning and coordinating construction activities.
• Monitor site progress, project schedules, costs, quality, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate construction documentation, contractual submissions, and project meeting follow-ups.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Oversee quality assurance, defect rectification, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Coordinate handover documentation and monitor defects during the defects liability period.
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and established site safety procedures.
• Promote environmental sustainability and relevant green building practices.
• Implement risk management measures and identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Keep up to date with construction technologies, industry developments, and best practices.

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.


• Good knowledge of construction project management and site operations.
