Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract packages and manage site plans.
• Plan the entire construction process from inception to completion.
• Manage construction progress and activities with Marine Contractor.

Job description

• Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) degree in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry, particularly in the Southeast Asia. (Experience in LNG and oil & gas is mandatory)
• Must have minimum 5 years of similar management position in major LNG & oil/gas projects
• An advanced degree in construction management is highly desirable.
• Must have familiarity with latest construction methods, modern project management techniques, and environmental engineering aspects.
• Requires specific knowledge in coordinating contract packages, constructability review, site plan management, tracking construction progress. (Specifically, experience in management of construction interfaces and coordination of construction activities with Marine Contractor/Construction Manager will be required.)
• Must have experience of planning for the whole construction process from inception through to completion and to be able to create programmes that are underpinned by a basis of programme narrative.
• Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirable
• For foreign candidates: must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience

Salary:$10,000 plus or minus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
