Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations, including scheduling, supervising subcontractors, and monitoring progress to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are fulfilled smoothly and efficiently.
  • Implement strategies to enhance site productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are met and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Work with various departments to align efforts with company objectives.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with company guidelines and relevant regulations.
  • Handle manpower planning and resources allocation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in construction project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
