Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise all aspects of projects from pre-implementation through completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee all activities including power distribution, lighting, control systems, switchgear, and low-voltage systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, client’s requirement and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and labour resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or scheduling issues promptly.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, change orders, daily logs, etc.
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with project teams and clients.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other departments to achieve delivery goals and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the electrical engineering industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong project management and supervision skills.
- Strong decision making and leadership skills.
- Time management and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Min. Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering would be preferred. Other engineering qualifications may apply.
- Knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD and BIM would be useful.
