Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project/Site Manager to lead large-scale construction efforts.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, and progress tracking while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve on-site issues. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in project/site management within the construction industry; healthcare projects are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, including manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, master schedule and cost control.
• Take actions to deal with delays, bad weather or emergencies at the construction site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to resolve site issues.
• Enforce safe and economical methodologies and uphold project standards.
