Construction Manager

Job Descriptions

1. Lead, support, manage and oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work.
2. Analyze the given project and create a master schedule and site facilities plan to meet the contractual deadlines.
3. Develop the project budget, quality plan, and allocate manpower to ensure alignment with the project’s financial and contractual requirements.
4. Lead the team in collaborating with clients and consultants to ensure quality standards and workmanship are met.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments at HQ to manage the site budget, safety management system, and ISO documentation.
6. Prepare the staff for their roles and responsibilities, ensuring awareness of project objectives and company policies.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
2. From a contractor environment with a series of project experience from start-to-completion.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software like Word, Excel, Outlook, Project.
4. Local construction knowledge.
5. Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
