Job summary

WIDE WINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned interface coordinator to oversee cross-disciplinary interfaces in civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and architectural works on large construction projects.

You will analyze drawings and requirements, coordinate teams, and drive progress. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential to keep projects on plan and ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction across multiple disciplines.
• Degree in Civil/Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specs, and requirements to identify interfacing issues and propose solutions.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to resolve design and construction conflicts.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to enable collaboration and timely decisions.
• Prepare clear PowerPoint presentations to report status and interface outcomes.
• Manage multiple fast-paced project tasks independently while contributing as a team.
• Use MS Office to document, track, and report interfacing activities.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to mitigate interface risks.
