A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a competent HR Administrator to handle daily HR operations and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school or diploma qualification with 1-2 years of experience in construction administration. The role requires familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Immediate availability is a plus.
Responsible
• Handle on stationeries, pantry supplies and printed materials
• Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
Requirement
• Secondary school/ GCE 'O' Level / Diploma qualification
• At least 1 to 2 years work experience in *Construction* administration and HR fields
• Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
• Familiar with MOM regulation & Info-Tech Payroll is preferable
• Good in interpersonal and communication skill
• Positive attitude and able to work independently
• Able to multi-task and is a team player
