Looking for a Construction Engineer.

Requirements:

1. Majoring in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering.
2. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, including reading, writing, and speaking.
3. Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD software.
4. Ability to handle construction plans and collaborate with suppliers and the construction team.
5. Enthusiastic and dedicated with leadership qualities to motivate and lead a team.

Working hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with multiple working locations including the site office near Tampines Fire Station, Pasir Ris, Tampines, and Paya Lebar, as per boss's requirements.

Language skills: Proficiency in Chinese (read, write, and speak) is required, as the management is Taiwanese and communication with customers and paperwork necessitate Chinese language skills. Translation may be needed during meetings or project presentations.
