Job summary
SAN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Engineer for construction projects in Singapore. The role supports planning, coordination, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of electrical works in line with project specifications and safety regulations.
The candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years' experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools, and be willing to work at construction sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years in building construction, M&E contracting or electrical project coordination.
- Able to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Knowledge of Singapore standards and construction practices is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer in planning and executing electrical works.
- Coordinate installation activities with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers.
- Review drawings, documents, and bills of quantities; prepare shop drawings and test records.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting and earthing.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with Singapore regulations.
