Job description

- Assist the Construction Supervisor in handling site matters.

- Willing to work outdoors under the sun, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift work. Able to work under pressure and in conditions that may be dirty or tiring.

- Willing to perform construction work, including timber and rebar tasks, and able to work on-site with structural work responsibilities.

- Capable of operating construction machinery such as trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers, and knowledgeable about construction safety protocols. Experienced in mixing and pouring construction materials like concrete, sand, grout, etc.

- Possess at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Able to manage site activities, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, assist the Construction Supervisor in daily operations, attend meetings, prepare work schedules, and supervise site activities.

- Ensure that installations are carried out according to construction drawings and meet quality standards.

- Responsible for site safety, minimizing material waste, and cost control.

- Have a basic understanding of engineering and construction principles and methods.

- Perform any other duties as assigned.
