You will handle WIP reporting and profitability analysis, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include group consolidation for financial and management reporting, budgets, and forecasts, plus preparation of financial indicators and trend analyses.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, including full-set accounting and 2 years of group consolidation.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full financial and statutory accounting for assigned entities, including WIP reporting and profitability analysis.
• Perform group consolidation for financial and management reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
• Compute key financial indicators and prepare financial trend analyses.
• Oversee tax matters such as quarterly GST submissions and corporate tax.
• Support audits and assist with policy and procedure reviews as required.
