Our clients is one of the art industry leaders in Singapore, managing & facilitating the access of art pieces.

Details

• Mon - Fri | 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Location: Jurong Port Road (Transport provided @ Lakeside MRT)
• 1-Year Renewable Contract
• Gross Up to $3000

Responsibilities

• Assist with the receipt, accessioning, and tagging of new acquisitions
• Support artefact movements for exhibitions, conservation labs, and storage facilities
• Update collection information in digital systems
• Liaise with contractors and art handlers for artefact logistics, fumigation setup, and cleaning
• Manage artefact handling during stocktake exercises and other inventory projects
• Maintain the supply of packing and storage materials, sourcing vendors as needed
• Assist in the digitization of acquisition documents and other archival activities
• Perform preventive conservation checks on artefacts and storage areas

Requirements

• Minimally 'O' Level required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the arts or operations field
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills, also able to work independently
• Meticulous with artefact handling and movement tasks
• Basic artefact and artwork handling experience is an advantage
