Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Conflicts Analyst to join its Global Business Acceptance Team and assist in vetting new client/matter onboarding to prevent conflicts of interest and reputational risk.

You will run and interpret conflict database searches, liaise with fee earners, escalate complex cases, and support information barriers while performing ad hoc research for the team.

Qualifications

• Legal/professional services experience a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Discreet, detail-oriented, adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Vet new client onboarding to prevent conflicts of interest.
• Run and interpret conflict database searches.
• Liaise with fee earners to clarify new business and flag potential conflicts.
• Escalate complex cases to the Conflicts Manager.
• Support information barrier setup/maintenance.
• Ad hoc research and projects for the Business Acceptance team.
