Job description

    You will be joining as a Conference Specialist for International Projects in an Australian/US process, with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in an International BPO (US/Aus) customer service role. As a Conference Specialist, your main responsibilities will include confirming and recording interviews, connecting applicants and assessors, monitoring interviews for violations of code of conduct, and maintaining reports. It is crucial to have excellent communication skills and proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. You will be expected to work in flexible shifts including night, evening, and morning shifts. Please note that there is no pickup/drop facility provided, so you will need to arrange for your own transport.For the Australian process, your primary goal will be to ensure that Chorus Call operators can effectively connect applicants and assessors to the video conference platform and act as invigilators during interviews. You must be well-versed in interview protocols and be aware of behaviors that violate the code of conduct, potentially leading to interview termination.In addition to the Australian process, you will also be involved in providing operational support for audio conference calls for US and India processes. This includes tasks such as provisioning customer accounts, responding to operator assistance requests, moderating event conference calls, conducting Q&A sessions, managing value-added services, responding to customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, handling complaints over phone and email, issuing pass codes to clients, dispatching welcome kits, liaising with various departments, providing demonstrations on request, supporting the reservations helpdesk, and taking ownership of customer interactions.This role requires individuals with a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
