Job Description

  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the building / condominium.
  • Assist the Building/Condominium Manager to oversee the office administration and ensure they are with accordance to standard operating procedures/handbook.
  • Handles inquiries, feedbacks, correspondence relating to the designated property
  • Performs routine checks to ensure effective maintenance of the designated property.
  • Ensure designated contract works/ routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contract’s agreement.
  • Assist with reviewing of service agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
  • Execute tasks under the requirements of the BMSMA and By-laws
  • Coordinate vendor meetings, council meetings and general meetings.
  • Assist in preparation of circulars/notices for designated property’s notice board(s).
  • Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/ Management

Requirements

  • Applicants must be willing to work 5.5days' work. (Alternate Sat upon confirmation)
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
  • Good administrative and Computer literacy.
