Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building.
• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff.
• Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly.
• Lead a team providing maintenance, finance, security, and fire safety.
• Review all contracts, agreements, and insurance before expiry.
• Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.
