Job summary

A growing company in Singapore is looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of residential facilities. This role requires a minimum diploma in property or facilities management and at least three years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will engage in contract management, address owner queries, and liaise with contractors, ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Property, Facilities or Estate Management.
• Min 3 years of experience in maintaining/managing buildings.
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.

Responsibilities

• On site management and maintenance of properties.
• Day to day operation of all matters relating to condo facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Property, Facilities or Estate Management
• Min 3 years of experience in maintaining /managing residential /commercial/ industrial buildings
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
• Possess good interpersonal, supervisory skill and initiative
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Experience in Council Meeting preparation
• Work Hours: 9am to 1pm (Mon-Fri), 9am to 1pm (alt Sat)
